      <image:caption>She/hers 200 hr RYT, Unity Power Yoga School  Danielle has been practicing yoga off and on for 10 years, but fell into her love of the practice when she needed it the most. After the birth of her two boys, she found herself navigating motherhood with newly diagnosed autoimmune conditions. The hot room was where she learned to move, breathe, recondition, strengthen, listen and make peace with the body that (at times) didn’t feel like hers. Not only did hot yoga provide to be physically beneficial, but through dedication to her practice she experienced a profound mental shift as well. For Danielle, yoga is a gift and linking movement to breath allows us to get out of our thinking mind and explore ourselves without judgment.    Yoga is for everyBODY. Danielle’s goal is to encourage and teach students how to create a practice that serves their own needs. Every student is unique and she’s passionate about providing the space for students to tap in and create a movement practice that is dynamic and evolving (regardless of physical abilities). Trained in all yoga modalities through Unity Power Yoga School, she can guide you through a variety of classes including power vinyasa, yin, flow to yin, and restorative. You can expect high energy, a fire playlist, creative sequencing, and quirky comments as she brings her most authentic self to each and every class. For Ari, yoga is a place of stillness and of movement, of quiet introspection and of curious exploration. The physicality of the practice allows the mind, body and spirit to be completely present, working in concert.  Through creative sequencing and a focus on unifying breath to movement, she strives to create an environment where students can build strength, confidence, and tools that they can utilize on the mat and in their daily lives. Ari has two black belts in martial arts, a Master’s Degree in Education, is currently working towards a degree in Exercise Science, and can be found laughing and imagining with her two sons.</image:caption>

Pilates allowed her to feel completely separate from the outside world and just focus on the present moment. It makes her feel stronger &amp; stronger mentally and physically. She’s constantly learning more about herself and her goals every time she shows up to class. Casey has a passion for health and fitness &amp; she loves finding new recipes or challenging new classes to try out in the fitness world. When she found IHP she never looked back. She is finally continuing her journey to grow and learn more about IHP and she is so excited about it.   Casey enjoys the outdoors, listening to music, skiing, running, and most of all traveling.       <image:caption>she/ hers Les Mills Body Flow Barre Above A lifelong athlete and dancer, Ashley’s passion for fitness started a decade ago when she started taking group fitness classes at a local gym. For her, the energy in the room surrounded by other students was what made a good workout a great one. It was only a matter of time before she became a certified instructor. That was 8 years ago and she has been teaching Yoga, Pilates, and Barre in some form at local studios ever since. Nearly a decade later, Ashely still enjoys watching her students grow stronger and more confident with each class. Yoga is an opportunity to stretch, relax, and definitely sweat a bit. She believes that moving your body each day is a privilege and something that will leave you feeling infinitely better in body and mind. Simply showing up on the mat can be the hardest part, but the only workout you'll regret is the one you didn't do. When you say "namaste" at the end of each class you'll feel better than before you started and always leave happy that you came and challenged yourself.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Tiana started her career in the education field with undergraduate degrees in early childhood education and visual and performing arts. She also acquired her master’s in language and literacy. She left that field to become a holistic health coach and to offer yoga, meditation, and Reiki. Tiana’s intention is to create a safe space for you to move your body, flow, let go, and feel good. She wants to help you understand how much power you hold on the inside and out. She is a 200 RYT and certified in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Tone and Flow, Yoga Nidra, Pilates, Kids Yoga, Reiki, and Holistic Health Coaching. She is working towards her 500 RYT and a certification in Buti Yoga. She’ll finish them by the end of the year!</image:caption>

      <image:caption>I found yoga in 2020 after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, and it quickly became my refuge. What began as a way to manage pain soon transformed into a deep love for the practice, and I now find myself on my mat 5-6 days a week. In fact, I joined a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training on a whim—and have been teaching ever since. I specialize in slow, powerful poses and heart-opening sequences that allow me to absorb all the love the universe has to offer. Yoga, for me, is about connecting deeply with the body and mind, and I believe there is a style of yoga for everyone. I’m currently working towards my 300-hour certification to continue expanding my practice and sharing it with others in fresh and meaningful ways. When I’m not on the mat, you’ll find me exploring the beautiful outdoors of New England—whether it’s hiking, mountain biking, or adventuring with my husband Frank or enjoying a quiet weekend at home on the lake with our pup Abba Zabba, and our three delightfully silly ducks. I am passionate about making yoga accessible to all, and I can’t wait to share this transformative practice with you!</image:caption>

Holly was first called to energy work when she witnessed the pain and suffering of those around her due to illness and disease. However, it was through her (now late) mother-in-law's battle with cancer that spurred her to begin practicing energy work in earnest. Through this journey, she came to understand that the healing arts could do so much more than she could have imagined. As she began to engage with others in the healing community, Holly learned to hone different skills and developed a deep love for meditation. Through her passion for meditation, she was further led to Western Shamanism, crystal healing work, readings, and tarot. Holly worked in addiction treatment, and she was able to share her practices and teach about energy work to those battling addiction. During her work in addiction treatment, Holly was drawn to pursuing her Reiki Master-Teacher’s. While struggling with her own health issues, including a new diagnosis of an autoimmune disease, she dug even deeper into these wellness practices in the hope that they would facilitate her own healing. Holly sought the very treatments she herself had been utilizing to help others. Today, she is incredibly grateful to be able to offer ThetaHealing®, which has been instrumental in her own personal growth. “From the benefits of sound, energy, and awakening the minds connection to the spirit- I hope that I can share with you the growth and joys of what these practices have brought into my life. Whether it’s self healing, pain relief, decompression or education- the goal in my practice is to find ways to relax your body, clear your mind, and serve to open the doors for whatever the universe may hold for you.       <image:caption>She/her Owner 500 hour certification, 2013 Hot 26 Plus certification, 2019 Inferno Hot Pilates certification, 2019 Emily took her first hot yoga class in college and was instantly hooked. Struggling with various injuries after a lifetime of competitive horseback riding she was able to heal her body and mind. She knew she had to share her passion for yoga and it’s healing qualities with everyone she knew. She took her practice to the next level by becoming a teacher and then opened Steam House in 2015. Emily’s favorite class is hot jams, she loves all kinds of tea, reading, podcasts and being outdoors. She lives in Stratham with her two young boys , two dogs and one cat.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Holly is a multi-modality energy healer, with a passion for Holistics, and all things spiritual. Holly was first called to energy work when she witnessed the pain and suffering of those around her due to illness and disease. However, it was through her (now late) mother-in-law's battle with cancer that spurred her to begin practicing energy work in earnest. Through this journey, she came to understand that the healing arts could do so much more than she could have imagined. As she began to engage with others in the healing community, Holly learned to hone different skills and developed a deep love for meditation. Through her passion for meditation, she was further led to Western Shamanism, crystal healing work, readings, and tarot. Holly worked in addiction treatment, and she was able to share her practices and teach about energy work to those battling addiction. During her work in addiction treatment, Holly was drawn to pursuing her Reiki Master-Teacher’s. While struggling with her own health issues, including a new diagnosis of an autoimmune disease, she dug even deeper into these wellness practices in the hope that they would facilitate her own healing. Holly sought the very treatments she herself had been utilizing to help others. Today, she is incredibly grateful to be able to offer ThetaHealing®, which has been instrumental in her own personal growth. “From the benefits of sound, energy, and awakening the minds connection to the spirit- I hope that I can share with you the growth and joys of what these practices have brought into my life. Whether it’s self healing, pain relief, decompression or education- the goal in my practice is to find ways to relax your body, clear your mind, and serve to open the doors for whatever the universe may hold for you.
