Reasons Or Results

Look, we hear you and we know it’s tough. Our favorite things about Steam House are the heat, the in person community and that group accountability. And yes, virtual workouts require a bit more self drive, but we both know that you have what it takes to make it happen, (believe in yourself!).

We know you want to workout. You know you want to work out. And, that’s the first step right there.

Here are some tried and true ways to keep your practice going at home. 👇🏼

Prep

Set up your mat, towel and work out clothes the night before! If you are taking class in the morning, slip into that “let’s do this” outfit right when you get up.


Make it Zen

Make sure your workout space is clean, calm and enticing for you. Maybe set up a sage bowl or candle alongside your mat to make it feel extra special. 


Installing Reminders

Pick out a class and add it to your calendar with a 30 minute notification reminder! This will add a little extra accountability. 


Make it a family event.. or DON’T

Let your family know you are taking class at a specific time and set boundaries for your “me time”. Or have them take class with you!


Be Still

Take your full Savasana at the end of class. This will make it easier for you to stick to your routine.
