This class is fast paced, high intensity and low impact. Practiced to upbeat music, it will rock your core, help you lose weight, gain strength and get results fast. Get ready for a bunch of fun!
HOUSE CORE & LIFT
YOGALATES+
An amped up version of Yogalates with the addition of weights and bands! Perfect for beginners or advanced practitioners. As always, weights are optional. You can still get a killer workout if you choose to forgo the weights!
