Are you ready to take class?

Here are a few tips and tricks to level up your virtual practice.

Tips

  • Fuel your body + hydrate (get some electrolytes in your system) ----> Peep our new online shop for all your wellness essentials… like that cute new pair of leggings you DESERVE.

  • Make sure you have a strong internet connection. Go to a location in your home or on your property where you are closer to your WIFI router.

  • Add a humidifier or space heater to your set-up, wear long layers or go outside and get a little sun safely!

  • Make sure you have a towel to put over your yoga/ pilates mat and something to drink near-by if you get parched during your class.

  • Take class with your partner, room-mate, pets or friends virtually! Taking class with someone is a great way to hold yourself accountable and get a little bit of that social interaction that some of us are missing a lot right now.
