Heal your body using yin yoga - ditch the downward facing dogs, planks, weights, and bands and get ready to work your body in a whole new way.

What’s Yin Yoga?

Yin yoga is a slow practice where seated poses are held for 2 to 5 minutes each, working deep into the connective tissue of the body. Set to slow acoustic covers, yin encourages you to slow the body and mind.

Prepare For Class

Mark your calendars, bring a friend (make sure they fill out the new student form + preregister for class), and get ready to leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed!

P.S *Two yoga blocks will be needed for this workshop, please consider bringing your own as there will be a limited supply at the studio for workshop use.
