Vinyasa Workshop

  • 75 Railroad Ave. 75 Railroad Ave Epping, NH, 03042 United States (map)

This accessible and playful workshop will enable you to set a solid foundation for your practice. A place where the most common poses in our flow classes are broken down and demystified.

You will learn, refine & experience:

  • The flow of plank to upward-dog to downward-dog,

  • The key to a stable chaturanga,

  • How to find effort and ease in your warrior poses and how to flow (or float!) with greater ease and care from one pose to the next.

Maybe you are new to yoga and want to learn more about key poses of Vinyasa flow – there’s no better way to get started than to learn proper form. Or perhaps you’re a seasoned yogi seeking to improve alignment – as proper Vinyasa alignment is key to being a healthy lifelong practitioner.

There will be an emphasis on proper alignment to protect the shoulders, hips, knees, and lower back, etc. Then props and modifications will be added to engage the muscles that build strength in the core, arms, and legs. All of those things there never seems to be enough time for in class!

This will be an interactive workshop

  • Please bring a mat, towel and 2 blocks (the studio has a limited supply).
